As CSC's Candidate Experience Specialist, you will serve as a candidate and brand ambassador, providing high level candidate/customer service while driving continuous improvement in our hiring processes. Within this role you will also provide operations and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team through candidate management, and the coordination of interview and onboarding processes.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Obsess over the candidate experience, applying innovative ideas to increase candidate engagement, enhance Glassdoor reviews, and further our Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Schedule and support recruiters through all onsite and virtual panel interviews, partnering with key interview process stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Ensure interviewing candidates are receiving timely feedback, and answers to employment questions
- Collaborate on new policies and procedures to better our candidate and new hire experience
- Organize and plan TA events related to networking, university visits, internship events, internal team workshops, and related meetings
YOU ARE
- A natural brand ambassador, evangelizing the Columbia Sportswear brand, and delivering white glove customer service and teamwork
- Proactive and solutions driven
- Customer service centric
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Professional, exhibiting excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
YOU HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, high level coordination, HR, event planning and/or recruiting role(s)
- Proficiency with MS Office. Experience with an applicant tracking system a plus
- Knowledge of recruiting and legal employment practices, procedures, and Federal/State labor laws a plus
