Carpenter/Carpenter Helper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist experienced carpenters in various construction tasks, contributing to a variety of projects including residential and commercial builds. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Candidates should have a passion for construction and carpentry, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. Duties • Help with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required on construction sites. • Assist in fixture installation, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and other maintenance person tasks. Experience Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with the following skills: • Electrical experience (a plus) • Remodeling practices • CNC operation (a plus) • Assembly skills Ideal candidates will have a background in the restoration industry or related fields.
