Why this role mattersThe Global Carrier Team, which sits within the Vonage Carrier Management Team, is responsible for driving new connectivity globally. The team supports one of the fastest growing CPaaS and Contact Center companies in the market, working closely with our Enterprise sales teams to develop and implement regional strategy plans.
As a high-growth team, expansion is needed to ensure continued success. We seek to recruit an experienced Carrier Relations Manager (Global International and EMEA accounts) to join the team. This person will ensure we have the best network connectivity to drive our customers’ success. This hands-on role enables Vonage to deliver the high quality and breadth of service our customers expect.

What you'll do- Create, own, and lead the plan for global international coverage ensuring Vonage has the best connectivity products and services to meet our customers' needs.
- Collaborate with the local sales, operations and product teams to fully understand the market requirements
- Build new connectivity with Carriers and Partners across network services and next generation API's
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests from and the business are processed and delivered end-to-end
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Carrier partners
- Position Vonage as the partner to work within the Carrier community through industry engagement thought leadership and partnership
- Provide effective communication around team KPIs and performance both upwards to the Senior Leadership Team and the wider organization
- Negotiate effectively with carriers and partners to allow Vonage to offer our customers competitive pricing and a great service
- Define customer support standards with carriers and partners, including a robust escalation process
- Strong technical, commercial and operational understanding of API solutions
- Confident to communicate at all levels, including at local conferences on behalf of Vonage
- Strong local knowledge of how the market is regulated, operated and managed
- Experience working with Carriers Globally
- Fluent in English language skills
