Job Description

We are looking for Business Consultant with experience in Video sales (CCTV) and access control for the States of Parana, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.

● The new employee will report to the Regional Sales Director Brazil, the position will include:

● Meeting or exceeding sales goals;

● Negotiating with prospective end users and integrators, uncover customer needs and promote Pelco product & solutions;

● Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations;

● Preparing weekly and monthly reports and forecast;

● Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients;

● Preparing and submitting sales quotes for orders;

● Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services;

● Maintaining client records;

● Maintaining and developing the pipeline opportunity;

Essential Functions:

● Help to execute and further develop video sales growth strategy for the region;

● Manage our network of channel partners, system integrators and dealers, including setting of action

plans, goals, processes, guidelines and metrics;

● Proactive with specifications prescription to consultants, architects, developers and owners;

● Organize and handle product demonstrations, road shows, seminars, arrange trainings;

● Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date regions project database and pipeline on status and activity;

● Acts as a liaison between manufacturer and channel partners;

● Engage customers by finding their needs and resolve any complaints that a customer may have;

● Maintain highest level of product skills make face-to-face sales call with customers;

● Prepare required sales reports for periodic review;

● Collect and share relevant data about the market, competitor activities and identifying business threats

and opportunities;


Basic Requirements
  • Have a fixed residence in Curitiba or Porto Alegre;
  • Availability to travel for about 50% of the total time;
  • Possess a complete Higher Education (Engineering is a differentiator);
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Sales at Security (CCTV) and Access Control;
  • Intermediate or advanced (is a plus) level English;
