Certified Welder/Fabricator

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedJunior Welder/Fabricatorto join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in welding and metal fabrication. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced professionals to assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and components. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in welding and fabricating metal parts using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. • Operate basic fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and drills. • Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding and assembly. • Perform quality checks to ensure welds and assemblies meet specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. • Support senior welders and fabricators with various tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Basic knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication. • Ability to read and understand technical drawings (preferred). • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Welding certification or vocational training is a plus but not required.
