What You’ll Do • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems • Assist with equipment installation on an as-needed basis • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners • Perform system start-ups, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance • Work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team • Ensure each job is completed with quality, honesty, and comfort in mind What We’re Looking For • 3 - 6 years of HVAC service experience(EPA certification required) • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Team-oriented mindset — we care about our customersandeach other Why PCG Mechanical The Service Technician role is your gateway to an exciting, challenging, and rewarding career in the HVAC Mechanical Field.
