Change Management Consultant

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a project with our federal government customer. The Change Management Consultant will introduce new processes and solutions to support the organizational change of our client. The Change Manager will execute on coordinated communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Project and task management, direction will come directly from Federal employees
• Introduce and manage change of processes, systems, and solutions
• Develop strategic communications plans
• Develop high-level training content for missions/programs and services
• Perform stakeholder engagement
• Regularly update and brief to Government executives
• Drive innovation

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:

• At least 3 years of experience effectively leading and managing change activities
• Experience at a large consulting firm
