Your Compensation: $71,000 or more plus bonus, depending upon experienceÂÂ

About the Opportunity:

What you will do:
Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to:
- Independently manage the annual review and updates of company policies, procedures, contracts, and notices
- Execute the development and revision of policies and procedures, responding swiftly to emerging regulatory requirements and business needs
- Manage company documents, including maintaining version control and overseeing changes in contract versions to ensure legal accuracy and consistency
- Lead the company’s regulatory change management process and collaborate with business units to effectively implement required changes
- Conduct regulatory compliance research and provide support for business expansion activities and develop solutions to regulatory compliance challenges
- Coordinate with external counsel to draft and review contracts and notices and collaborate with the business units and tech team on successful implementation.
- Handle inquiries from regulators with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Perform additional assignments and special projects as requiredÂ
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer finance experience, particularly auto finance. Legal degree or CRCM certification a plus
- Excellent research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft grammatically precise, concise, and accurate policy documents
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines and frequent interruptions
- Demonstrated leadership and independence in managing projects, with the capacity to mentor and guide colleagues
