Channel Account Manager, Canada
Location: Remote in Canada
This role will be responsible for working closely with strategic BlueVoyant Cyber Security resale partners to drive awareness, demand, and joint sales of BlueVoyant Services by building relationships, training, channel management, and sales enablement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, and channel partnerships. They will also possess experience working for a cybersecurity OEM service provider or managed services organization and a working knowledge of Managed Detection & Response, security consulting, and 3rd party risk services. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, analytical, outgoing, driven, and self-motivated. This is a strategic position with abundant opportunities for growth in a dynamic, fast-growing company in the Cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Channel strategy in the Region/territory.
- Based on this strategy
- Build relationships with assigned strategic channel partners and Microsoft Operating Units, customer segments, and field sales teams to grow joint revenue, acquire new customers, and retain/grow existing customers.
- Recruit & Onboard new channel partners to drive revenue growth across focused BlueVoyant solution offerings.
- Amplify our security co-sell messaging to Microsoft Sales leadership and facilitate relationship building between field sales teams.
- Work closely with BlueVoyant sales leadership and field/ inside sellers to develop joint selling and demand generation activities with assigned partners.
- Build and execute a joint strategy to achieve the referral & joint sales targets with reselling and referral partners.
- Build measurable business plans to define partnership goals and conduct QBRs to execute pipeline and sales success with key stakeholders within our partners.
- Work closely with BlueVoyant Marketing to leverage resources (collateral, presentations, emails, webinars) to support joint initiatives.
- Leverage BlueVoyant sales/marketing tools and training to successfully onboard and enable partners to sell and/or refer to our services successfully.
- Prepare and present regular partnership status updates and sale results for executive leaders and program stakeholders.
- Be responsible for all partner-lead opportunities from identification to closure. Reflected and maintained in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Cybersecurity Sales, Partnership, and Business Development experience.
- Experience supporting the enablement & growth of a channel partner sales team to help them effectively articulate and position the value of our solutions to increase pipeline & sales.
- Experience with MDR platforms, SIEM, 3rd Party Risk & Threat Intelligence solutions a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and M365 suite of security solutions a plus.
- Deep background in security technologies & managed security solutions
- Ability to collaborate closely with the BlueVoyant product, marketing, and sales team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field experience.
- Strong Presentation & Communication skills to support partnership and internal business needs.

- Proficient with G-Suite & Saleforce.com
