Channel Account Manager - Central/Southern Italy
Job Description
- Be responsible for creating and driving their sales pipeline.
- Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management to ensure assignment and follow- up by others.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company’s products and services better.
- Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.
- Provide support to Account managers and provide input regarding business development and solution expertise.
- Develop quota objectives and future direction for defined product category.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- May invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sale.
- You will have a growth mindset and ready to influence and drive some of Sonicwall most strategic partnerships in this fast pace evolving environment.
- Strong understanding of Public Administration and Enterprise market.
- Ability to build and maximize Executive relationships with strategic partners as well as internal.
- Ability to identify and communicate value propositions in terms of understanding of both partners’ and customers’ business needs, with a mindset on deliverables.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills – written, oral and facilitation.
- Ability to balance strong strategic and analytical skills with relentless drive on execution, prioritizing customers’ needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in Channel Sales in a Cloud/ SaaS environment.
- Successful track record in building strategic relationships.
- Extensive experience working with Local System Integrators and Consulting firms.
- Extensive account / partner management experience, preferably leading large and/or strategic growth plans.
- Fluent in English is a must.
