Work Schedule: Standard Meriplex business hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Travel: Estimated travel required, up to 20% 

Ramp up period: Approx. 4 weeks

Impact: The Channel Marketing Manager drives relationships and revenue with and through partners while enhancing the company’s portfolio. Without the Channel Marketing Manager performing to the best of their abilities, we would be unable to maintain strategic partnerships, optimize MDF, and maximize program ROI. 


Position Summary:

The Channel Marketing Manager reports to the Director, Product & Channel Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and partner enablement strategies and programs across our partner ecosystem. Works closely with the Partner & Strategic Alliances management team to develop go-to-market strategic plans and manage tactical marketing activities to promote Meriplex’s strategic partners, optimize MDF, and maximize program ROI. 


Key Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Oversee Channel partner strategy and execution. 

  • Owns revenue and business development objectives related to alliance partners. 

  • Spearhead geographical marketing strategy. 

  • Execute targeted regional events in support of Channel Partners (in coordination with Strategic Marketing team). 

  • Perform competitive analysis positioning by market/region. 

  • Promote sales engagement by ensuring sales follow through on all marketing initiatives and by tracking campaign status. 

  • Drive collaboration with partners’ marketing counterparts to plan, develop, and execute joint messaging, thought leadership and content. 

  • Hold regular planning and reporting meetings with partner marketing counterparts and actively contribute to QBRs. 

  • Manage, maintain, and update partner web pages on Meriplex.com and partner portals. 

  • Maintain and implement a robust communications calendar including win stories, communications, newsletters, and product/services companion communications. 

  • Grow and manage the utilization, reporting, claiming and summary of MDF funds from partners to maximize the value of top priority partnerships and programs. 

  • Continuously measure ROI of marketing initiatives, report the findings, and utilize information to enhance marketing plans and report and analyze metrics with partner teams. 

  • Drive sales enablement and training for partner programs.

Education/ Experience:

  • 5+ years hands-on B-to-B enterprise experience, preferably in channel marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing partner marketing campaigns that deliver ROI.


Physical Demands:

Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
