Job Description

Level Access is seeking a Manager, Alliances, Channels and Partnerships to support the execution of partnership programs across a massive market potential across key areas relevant to the digital accessibility space, namely law firms, digital agencies, platform providers and systems integrators.

Reporting directly to the VP of Alliances, Channels, and Partnerships, the Manager, Alliances, Channels, and Partnerships will execute sales & marketing plans that increase awareness of Level Access within key channels, ultimately working to establish, nurture, and grow profitable relationships for Level Access. Your role will consist of generating a pipeline of interested partner prospects through outbound sales efforts, pitching prospective partners on the unique value proposition of Level Access solutions for their business and for their clients’ business, executing contracts with partners, serving as primary partner relationship manager, and supporting partner channel operations.

Your channel opportunity will consist of the following:

Law Firms: Representing customers that have received legal action due to digital inaccessibility,

you’ll be responsible for ensuring that legal counsel know that Level Access is a credible, helpful

and cost-effective way to manage and mitigate legal risk

Digital Agencies: Representing companies as their trusted digital advisors, you’ll be responsible

for educating digital agencies on the risk that digital accessibility non-compliance represents to

their customers and delivering services and software that power a better web experience

Platform Companies: Powering the key business processes that make their clients money, you’ll

be responsible for helping platform companies ensure that their technology doesn’t increase

their clients’ risk and – in the case where litigation is present – provide their clients with cost effective ways to manage legal incidents

Systems Integrators: Representing companies as their trusted technology services providers,

you’ll be responsible for helping technology service providers manage the complexities of

digital transformation specifically in relation to digital accessibility, providing them with

powerful platforms and services that allow them to successfully deliver upon comprehensive,

digital client needs

Government Contractors: You’ll be responsible for building strategic relationships with government contractors that specialize in selling software to government buyers and hold critical access to contracting vehicles.  


Responsibilities 

  • Identify and commercially pursue attractive partner candidates
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop committed, loyal, scalable partners. Gather market data and identify untapped market potential
  • Refine partner value propositions that highlight mutually beneficial relationships and value to our business customers, along with repeatable sales enablement programs and toolkits
  • Implement and assess partner incentive programs that drive loyalty and increase volume of sales in key partner accounts
  • Effectively promote Level Access within channel organizations
  • Direct leads developed within channels to the appropriate salesperson within Level Access
  • Serve as primary partner relationship manager
  • Support partner channel operations

Candidate Qualifications 

  • Has 5+ years of proven success achieving quota in a complex, technology-focused sales process; experience doing so in a structured partner/channel management role highly preferred
  • Understands how companies and external providers fit together and work in tandem; experience with law firms, digital agencies and/or systems integrators highly preferred
  • Is comfortable balancing the prospecting, pitch and presentation side of selling with advanced and complicated solution-building (white-labeled solutions, referral-based agreements, volume-based packaging, et al.)
  • Has strong oral and written communication and presentation skills and can engage effectively at the executive level
  • Is self-motivated and can work and learn independently 
  • Understands the application of digital accessibility services and technologies to varied levels of organizational maturity and digital sophistication
  • Understands the KPIs and key drivers of a variety of corporate functions, including legal, marketing, eCommerce, quality assurance, design, user experience and development
  • Can create and maintain strong client relationships
