About the Job

Join an elite team of highly skilled Channel professionals and play a key role in the expansion of Keeper’s UK market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a Strategic group of 10-12 focused hypergrowth partners in the UK market
  • Develop mutual business plans with your partners which align to the over arching go to market strategy of Keeper
  • Align closely with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product) to create and coordinate co-marketing strategies and joint-marketing plans with our Partners to accelerate demand generation
  • Work within the focus partner group to achieve depth and breadth relationships
  • Leverage the Keeper Partner Portal to accelerate partner training and knowledge via online learning achieving maximum reach within each of the partner companies
  • Deliver and Coordinate with the Keeper Sales Engineers advanced training, demo and PO capability and a community of Channel technical experts
  • Bring hands-on-experience developing and executing multi-faceted initiatives, including joint messaging, webinars, content creation, field events, email campaigns, social media content and campaigns, web pages, and reference building
  • Establish partner KPI’s to align to those of the role and to measure and report on your deal registration, event lead conversion, and ROI
  • Identify key stakeholders across all your Partners and build plans to support gaining mindshare from them in order to push the Keeper messaging top down in each partner
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to localize and distribute product news, messaging guidance, and training materials to regional channel partners
  • Manage a Channel Marketing budget in coordination and with the support of the Channel Marketing Manager to deliver impactful activity with clear ROI in net new opportunity creation
  • Deliver on monthly targets on partner sourced revenue and other KPI’s

Requirements

  • Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners in UKI
  • Minimum 5 years Channel/Channel Sales experience
  • Ability to report and manage results via SalesForce CRM
  • Excellent understanding of Partner Incentive programs
  • Experienced with Partner Portals and driving channel adoption of these platforms
  • Business degree or equivalent working experience
  • Ability to develop strategies and to execute tactically
  • Analytical but pragmatic
  • Ability to partner with other functional areas and project manage programs to completion
