Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Gather and analyse UK and Ireland customer insights and support in the construction of business cases for customer propositions, aligning with the commercial functions on assumptions and impact.

Collaborate effectively with global, regional, and internal functions, including but not limited to Channel Strategy Lead, Commercial Sales, BIA and Finance.

Support on the execution of local and regional projects, to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.
-
Inputting and coordination of insights for new propositions / value added services for market commercialisation.
-
Driving Generics growth through support and ownership of portfolio growth projects.

Serve as the Portfolio expert for Pharmacy, Dispensing Doctors and Supermarkets and drive ideas to ensure product fit with customers.
What youโll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:

Portfolio/Commercial experience within the UK pharmaceutical industry.

Advanced Excel using complex formulas.
-
Strong communication skills.
-
Adherence to company values and standards.

Experience of customer / stakeholder management.
-
Commercial Forecasting.
-
Evidence of advanced analytical skills.
-
Ability to be flexible and multi-task within a fast paced environment.

Ability to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.

Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
