Chief of Staff

Position Overview: 

As the CEO’s right hand, the Chief of Staff helps coordinate work across the whole company, acting as a “multiplier” for the CEO’s efforts. Specifically, you would:

• Lead preparation for quarterly board meetings (including participating in the meetings)
• Manage the fundraising process – coordinate the process of preparing for and executing funding rounds, investor updates
• Run the cadence of company-wide meetings: executive committee meetings, all hands, town halls, etc.
• Lead quarterly in-person company-wide gatherings
• Manage an Office Manager
• Lead ad hoc strategy projects (e.g., org structure changes, pricing model updates, etc.)
• Jump in wherever the CEO needs help – work closely with the CEO on his top priority items to help OfferFit accelerate

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $135,000 - $231,000 per year;  Eligibility for an end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
