OfferFit was founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, and we’re funded by leading Silicon Valley VCs. OfferFit replaces A/B testing with automated experimentation, powered by self-learning AI. This allows lifecycle marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before. Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home (leading home security company) and Engie (multinational electric utility), among many others.

Position Overview:
As the CEO’s right hand, the Chief of Staff helps coordinate work across the whole company, acting as a “multiplier” for the CEO’s efforts. Specifically, you would:
- Lead preparation for quarterly board meetings (including participating in the meetings)
- Manage the fundraising process – coordinate the process of preparing for and executing funding rounds, investor updates
- Run the cadence of company-wide meetings: executive committee meetings, all hands, town halls, etc.
- Lead quarterly in-person company-wide gatherings
- Manage an Office Manager
- Lead ad hoc strategy projects (e.g., org structure changes, pricing model updates, etc.)
- Jump in wherever the CEO needs help – work closely with the CEO on his top priority items to help OfferFit accelerate

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $135,000 - $231,000 per year; Eligibility for an end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
