Chief of Staff to the CEO

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to support our CEO in driving strategic initiatives and managing key relationships.

• Board Preparation: Collaborate with the CEO to prepare for board meetings, including agenda creation, presentation development, and coordinating supporting materials. Assist in gathering data, conducting research, and analyzing information to support decision-making.
  
• Communication Management: Craft and send communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring messages align with the CEO's tone and reflect the company's vision and values. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments.
  
• Strategy Support: Assist the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic initiatives. Conduct research, provide analysis, and create reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key projects and monitor their progress.
  
• Financial Analysis: Utilize your business and finance acumen to analyze financial data and provide insights to the CEO. Help evaluate potential investments, partnerships, and business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives. Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting processes.
  
• Presentation and Public Speaking: Develop high-quality presentations and  support the CEO in delivering impactful presentations to internal and external audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives or working closely with senior management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience preparing communication and presentations for leadership and board members.
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to represent the CEO's tone effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated business acumen and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
