Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join Zennify. As the CRO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and marketing efforts within the Salesforce Ecosystem.  Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding our market presence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with the company's goals, focusing on the Financial Services, Banking, Wealth, and Insurance sectors. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales growth. Additionally, explore expansion opportunities within other Salesforce verticals, such as HLS, CMT and MAE. 
  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales processes. Collaborate with the team to drive sales initiatives, identify new markets, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Marketing Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the marketing team, ensuring the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Offer insights and guidance on industry trends, competitive positioning, and target audience engagement. Similarly, collaborate on marketing initiatives for expansion into other Salesforce verticals.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for various Salesforce implementation services targeting the Financial Services, Banking, Wealth, and Insurance industries. Identify key market segments, define target customers, and implement effective strategies to penetrate these markets and increase market share. Additionally, explore go-to-market strategies for expansion into other Salesforce verticals.
  • Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including a deep understanding of Salesforce products, services, and best practices. As the CRO, you will leverage this expertise to partner with the Chief Delivery Officer, ensuring project success by properly scoping and estimating implementation projects for delivery excellence and positive revenue performance. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and new Salesforce offerings across various verticals, enabling you to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, provide thought leadership, and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners within the Financial Services, Banking, Wealth, and Insurance sectors. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction, identify additional business opportunities, and drive customer success. Similarly, explore client relationship management opportunities in other Salesforce verticals.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of revenue generation strategies and sales activities. Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on revenue performance, market trends, business development activities, and expansion efforts into other Salesforce verticals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chief Revenue Officer or similar leadership role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the Financial Services, Banking, Wealth, and Insurance industries.
  • Extensive experience in sales strategy development, go-to-market planning, and marketing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, products, and services, with a focus on implementation partner business models.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

They should have experience in managing and motivating high-performance sales teams, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collaboration with the Chief Delivery Officer to ensure project success is also crucial.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: The ideal candidate should have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success. They should be driven to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
