The Claims and Program Representative (CPR) Training is an approved Veteran Affairs (VA) On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program which allows eligible veterans the ability to receive Post 9/11 GI Bill education benefits from VA while working to achieve the full CPR performance level (i.e. GS-11), or for the first 18 months of employment, whichever occurs first.
