The Claims & Deductions Coordinator supports the Sales department and customers by assisting with customer claims and deductions and provides overall sales administrative support.

The Claims & Deductions Coordinator supports the Sales department and customers by assisting with customer claims and deductions and provides overall sales administrative support.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages all trade deductions to ensure they are cleared in a timely manner
- Exports deduction documents from the customer portals and collects all of the documentation to support customer claims/deductions, and uploading to trade management system to match deduction(s) to customer promotion(s)
- Handle High Radius deduction tool and working as needed
- Supports Regional Account Managers with customer promotions, including but not limited to deal sheets, promotion contracts, communicating discrepancies between the deductions and the promotions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Minimum Associate Degree from two-year college or technical school
- Saying it like it is in a way it can be heard; and curiosity, collaboration, critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Manufacturing only)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
- Data entry experience
- Accounting knowledge
- Computer proficient (Excel, Word, MAS500, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, quality and timeliness of work
- Requires a high degree of integrity, ethics, motivation, planning and organizations skills
