Job Description
This job is responsible for ensuring consistency of estimating practices for , the Good Hands Repair Network repair facilities, and compliance to best practices. The individual conducts physical and/or virtual reinspections and analyzes complex estimates prepared by Allstate or the Good Hands Repair Network shops.

Key Responsibilities

Makes corrections and repair recommendations

Completes physical reinspections, ride-alongs, and/or desk reviews of adjuster and/or vendor repair estimates and other assigned claims to ensure adherence to estimating best practices and process and documentation compliance

Selects complex estimates for reinspection

Researches and responds to complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues

Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serves the customer with empathy; and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met

Develops, manages and audits relationships with network vendors

Monitors network utilization and identifies potential need for expanded or new networks

Participates in callibration activities with the Claims organization

Collaborates with leadership regarding inspection or file review results

Provides information on reinspection results to ensure vendors, repair facilities, and technicians are following Allstate specific guidelines and procedures

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
