This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ClearCheck Quality Assurance Manager in the United States.
This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the quality and reliability of a mission-critical radiation oncology software platform. As a QA Manager, you will lead testing, verification, and validation efforts to ensure the software meets clinical and regulatory standards while improving efficiency for cancer clinics worldwide. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to identify and resolve issues, enhance functionality, and document processes. Your clinical expertise in medical physics or dosimetry will be key to maintaining the highest quality standards. This position allows for meaningful impact on patient care through rigorous quality assurance, while working in a fully remote, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead verification and validation (V&V) testing for ClearCheck, ensuring software integrity, performance, and compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues discovered during testing or reported by clinical users
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and support teams to improve functionality, resolve defects, and optimize workflow efficiency
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, testing procedures, and medical device compliance
- Support regulatory initiatives by defining requirements, outlining testing conditions, executing tests, documenting results, and mitigating software risks
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, providing guidance on treatment planning validation and plan check processes
- 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist or dosimetrist
- Hands-on treatment planning experience across multiple modalities and techniques
- Proven expertise in plan validation and verification, including implementation of AAPM Task Group recommendations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clinical, engineering, and regulatory teams
- Preferred: experience with ClearCheck or other Radformation products, testing software, multiple treatment planning systems, and customer-facing roles
- Competitive base salary ($150,000 – $210,000 USD) plus bonus eligibility
