Department: Finance

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM- 4:30 AM Monday thru Friday

Payrate: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Working at Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is all about pursuing a career not just a job. A career that is led by your talents, skills and interests. The Finance Clerk will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Finance responsibilities

• Process AP Invoices including Coding
• Contract Tracking and Collection of data
• Preparing check requests, research payments, prepare transmittal logs
• Enter call in orders / hotshots (immediate orders)
• Process donation requests
• Order POS (point of sale material) and do all required tracking
• Coupon tracking
• ERP ordering (procurement system) and Creating PO's
• Ensure compliance to company audit guidelines
• Collaborate with Shared Services and Region headquarters
• Participate in personal training & development opportunities
• Participate in routine meetings (daily/monthly)
• Assist in Accounts Receivable efforts including Sales Center Charge Backs, AR write offs, NSF Checks and support the mail check process for customer refunds
Administrative Duties
• Support copying, laminating, and distributing
• File maintenance for payroll
• Update phone directory
• Manage flow of information throughout the day, faxes, coping, telephone, etc
• Assistant to Finance Manager
• Provide administrative support to Production Center(s), as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School - GED or Diploma required.
• Strong organization skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency in Outlook, Word, & Excel
• Some college preferred
• 2-5 years experience in automated office environment required.
• Minimum 1 year of finance related experience in an office environment required.
