Modivcare is looking for a Client Executive Account Manager who will have operational account management responsibilities for assigned Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and state plan accounts to include oversight of contract performance and will be the client/account liaison with an emphasis on developing tactical plans to achieve relationship, retention, and growth goals.

- Develop performance measures and operational goals for managed care contracts and accounts
- Identify and address operational and account related issues to provide problem resolution
- Participate in oversight of contract management to include data analysis and operational reporting
- Provide contract implementation support and serve as a training resource
- Champion new technology improvements and corporate projects to our clients
- Attend client meetings with National Director, Senior Operations Director and Client Executive
- Communicate with Account Management regarding client insights including opportunities for enhanced service or expanded offerings

- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience in health care
- Health Plan, Managed Care or Provider Relations experience
- Contract analysis experience
- Leadership experience
