Team: Account Executive
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Executive based in United States.
In this role, you will act as a strategic enterprise sales leader responsible for driving growth across cloud, data, AI, DevOps, and security solutions built on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will engage with senior executives in large organizations to understand complex business and technical challenges, positioning modern cloud transformation services that deliver measurable business value. This position requires a strong consultative mindset, combining storytelling, solution selling, and deep account strategy to build long-term client partnerships. You will manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close while collaborating closely with internal experts and Microsoft stakeholders. A key part of the role involves shaping account strategies, building pipelines, and expanding existing customer relationships. This is a high-impact position for an experienced enterprise seller who thrives in complex, partner-driven cloud sales environments.
Accountabilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts by managing full sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Develop and execute strategic account and regional plans focused on cloud transformation, Azure adoption, and digital modernization initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across target organizations.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft field teams and ecosystem partners to identify opportunities and accelerate deal progression.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer technical and business requirements and translate them into value-driven cloud solutions.
- Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and account coverage through disciplined sales execution and joint planning.
- Position and sell a portfolio of services across application modernization, data/AI, DevOps, security, and cloud architecture.
- Act as a trusted cloud advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey and long-term platform strategy.
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in complex, solution-based, or consultative selling environments.
- Strong background in Microsoft ecosystem services or cloud-related enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in strategic account roles.
- Experience selling through partner or channel ecosystems, ideally in Microsoft or similar enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders with clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
- Excellent strategic account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and ROI-driven narratives.
- Passion for digital transformation, cloud adoption, and helping clients modernize their technology landscape.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
