Job Description

The Client Experience Manager I delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Client Services job family. Responsible for providing client support in the areas of service, maintenance and penetration. Responds to moderately complex inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and service. Coordinates with account manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Keeps account manager informed of account status and opportunities for expanded business. Makes on-site presentations to existing and prospective clients to educate and inform on products. Completes day-to-day Client Account Support tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Collaborates with team leaders on client activity, expectations, and service needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, preferred
  • 2+ years client facing experience, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point person for overall communication with assigned health plans, including routine communication and issues resolution
  • Act as liaison between eviCore and assigned health plans for day-to-day operations and other contractually related activities
  • Prepare client analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to meet contractual requirements and health plan requests
  • Resolve and respond to client issues timely
  • Document, track, and report requests
  • Maintain client documentation internally
  • Coordinate with IT, Clinical, and Workforce Management to resolve performance issues
  • Provide expertise in utilization management services to include all cross-program services, such as eligibility, provider loads and authorization exports

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 51,300 - 85,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
