The Role
The Client Operations Specialist owns functions essential to Nordic's sales team productivity including proposal and deliverable production.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Operations Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Leading proposal and RFP coordination across stakeholders and departments to ensure collaboration results in successfully meeting timelines and quality standards
- Managing day-to-day of proposal development process and facilitating proposal strategy meetings
- Assisting in the development of proposal and presentation materials to ensure consistency and adherence to proposal and presentation requirements
- Conducting detailed white glove reviews of proposal content and formatting to prepare for production and delivery
- Managing and maintaining RFP content library
- Collaborating with internal team members to continually enhance operational processes that improve business operations, client experience, and operational efficiency
- Analyzing data and leveraging insights to identify operational improvement, implementing recommendations, and tracking success
- Serving the client partnerships team with other sales support and enablement activities as needed
- Organizing and prioritizing large volumes of email, calls, and internal communications, preparing and sending correspondences
- Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of support in a professional office setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, computers, email, correspondence, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize performance and inform future strategies
- Ability to organize multiple responsibilities while meeting the needs of business partners and working within time constraints
- Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Must demonstrate and embody Nordic's maxims
Additional Details
- Position open to remote or located in the Greater Madison, WI area
- Occasional travel up to 5% of the time
