Summary:
Eduspire has 2+ million users in 50 states and has doubled in size for three years in a row! This is why we need a new Client Project Manager (CPM). This is a critical role for the client support, implementation and operations team for Eduspire’s products within Securly. Eduspire Client Project Managers support the two Eduspire products, E-hallpass and Flex, and may need to support new products in the future. Your days will be spent talking to school administrators and internal staff to implement Eduspire products and respond to school admins questions. You will report directly to the Director of Client Support.

What You Will Do:
The CPM has 4 main areas of responsibility:
- New Client Implementations: Managing new client implementations by serving as the project manager coordinating the client team members, the Eduspire technical team (including offshore developers), and other operational resources as needed.
- Existing Client Support: Serving as a client support resource for existing clients, by working to resolution any client support tickets entered in the customer help desks through Zendesk, and coordinating with the client team members, the Eduspire technical team (including offshore developers), and other operational resources as needed.
- Product Development Support: Assisting Product Managers with the product development of new and existing Eduspire products by testing new feature functionality, providing user documentation, and providing user feedback as needed.
- Sales Support: Supporting the sales process for Eduspire products, primarily by conducting remote software demonstrations online for prospects, answering prospects’ questions during the sales process, and otherwise assisting the Eduspire sales team.
The Client Project Manager must utilize their training and skill in service of our clients:
- For the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software or functional requirements;
- For the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications;
- For the design, documentation, testing, creation or modification of computer programs related to machine or user operating requirements; and
- For a combination of the aforementioned duties, the performance of which requires the same level of skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- 3+ years of educational or classroom background desired
- 3+ years of experience presenting to audiences
- Comfortable working in a fully remote working environment
- Client facing and customer service oriented
- Organized, can multi-task, and be flexible with time
- Strong work ethic and self-managing, capable of working independently
- Detail-oriented and task-focused, good at listening and documenting
- Takes initiative and enjoys challenges
- Comfortable learning new technical systems, some general technical background helpful
