Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Requirement: -Â 10+ years' experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with team leadership experience
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver exceptional client services, setting clear performance standards and goals.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming fully engrained in the client organization to ensure successful partnership and implementation.
- Develop and analyze recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring goals, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment technologies.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes while effectively leveraging Cielo resources.
- Participate in client meetings, sharing updates and addressing service delivery gaps with proactive solutions.
- Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L, while working collaboratively with the Cielo Client Services Management team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Client Services Manager will lead a team of Recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with team leadership experience
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred
