As a Solutions Architect you will manage custom client solutions. You will work with cross functional partners to ensure our strategy and technical visions are incorporated into delivery.

You Will:

  • Lead a complex, multi-layered integration using a consultative and client-first approach
  • Explain technical solutions to different levels of audiences including the C-suite on our client team
  • Project management. Hold our clients and the internal teams accountable for delivery timelines
  • Excel in fast-paced environments, optimizing competing priorities and understanding the need for quick execution on client deliverables
  • Advocate for the best possible end-user experience on behalf of the client
  • Experience combining business cases and convert into creative technical solutions
  • Cross-functional partnership between engineering, product, and account management to provide an optimal end product

You Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years experience in a solution architecture, product management, or a technical sales engineering position
  • Experience with software development such as Agile and waterfall using modern technology stacks
  • Experience working with clients applying a solutions mindset
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Enjoy solving complex problems, and have a willingness to learn
  • Appreciate learning and engaging with new CRM and visualization tools
