Job Description
CafeMedia’s Sales Innovation & Marketing department is searching for a Client Solutions Associate to execute on custom programs who excel in clear communication, strong collaboration, experience launching custom content/creator/influencer campaigns in a timely manner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Launching custom content programs (custom articles, social posts, etc.) by working with our creator account managers and other stakeholders. Act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of your campaigns and embody white glove service as the internal and external point of contact for execution
- Acting as the expert on CafeMedia creators for the sales team
- Owning creator databases (Tagger, Comscore, etc.) - cataloging, reporting, etc.
- Working with sales stakeholders (sellers, account manager, etc.) to help develop client-facing collateral and RFP responses to best pitch our custom content solutions. Proactively identify growth opportunities for CafeMedia creators and advertisers
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the job:
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications, influencer marketing, public relations, social media etc.
- Ability to manage work autonomously, multi-task and meet evolving deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Experience in pricing creator/influencer programs and working directly with is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Team player with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. The range provided is CafeMedia’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
