About the opportunity
Northspyre is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our fast-growing, venture-backed start-up team. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact at a start-up disrupting the $10.5 trillion dollar real estate industry.
Northspyre is in the process of building out a world-class support organization and is looking for energetic self-starters to help our clients take their projects to the next level. Our Client Success team is a group of technically savvy, social people who enjoy helping clients and solving complex problems. Core responsibilities include assisting Clients on our platform, troubleshooting escalated technical issues, and providing best practices.
As a Client Support Specialist, your role is to support our client post-sale as their relationship grows with Northspyre. You’ll become an expert in Northspyre’s products, internal processes, and the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, positive, curious and flexible, a person open to new ideas and ways of working.
You will:
- Provide technical and consultative support, that is prompt, friendly and accurate, to our clients via email and phone
- Develop ticket management strategies and keep our CRM organized
- Troubleshoot reported product and user issues to diagnose and provide accurate, valid and complete information to our clients, escalating bugs to internal teams
- Identify and surface trending client /product issues, drive UI/UX improvements and new functionality by surfacing client feedback to Product with a focus on potential solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Success Managers, real estate experts and technical teams at Northspyre to deliver exceptional service, and ensure we are exceeding client expectations - every time!
- Ideate, build and scale new ways of thinking about the value we are bringing to clients as well as our internal operational efficiency
- Be a client-facing representative and ensure professionalism, actively listening and understanding the needs of our clients, and ensuring a solution-oriented mindset
What we are looking for:
- Strong problem-solving orientation
- Detail-oriented, organized, process-driven
- The ability to think creatively about, analyze, and understand complicated and abstract ideas, working with a solutions-oriented mindset to solve issues
- A knack for synthesizing technical concepts into digestible bits of information and effectively convey this information to others
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong ability to communicate complex issues to our clients and across departments within Northspyre
- Ability to work quickly, independently and accurately in a high-volume environment, with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to a broad range of requesters, plus innate follow-up skills
- Strong computer skills, and the ability to adapt quickly and learn new programs, products and procedures
Bonus points if you have:
- BA/BS degree
- SaaS experience
- Experience within a VC or PE backed company
