Job Description:

Assure Quality and Timely Delivery of Culture Cloud technology upgrades for all clients. Provide support to Client Success team members to upgrade software to Culture Cloud by managing successful upgrades, working directly with client and internal teams. Additionally, specific job requirements include the following:

  • Gain full understanding of O.C. Tanner technology to upgrade technology by configuration and updates to programs and pricing.
  • Participate in client software upgrade discussions and ensure positive client experience for their upgrade using written and verbal client communications.
  • Understand and manage client expectations for technology upgrade.
  • Ability to be a change agent and remain flexible while managing multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Capability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly.
  • Partner with our Corporate Projects Team and Product teams.
  • Remain current on upgrade technology development to make technology upgrades a smooth and a positive experience for clients.

  • Demonstrate high business acumen potential, including a recognition of connected business processes.
  • Must be detail oriented with an ability to follow precise processes and tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Technical skills: Use software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, Teams, Software Tools) quickly and expertly to support assignments.
  • Willingness to learn new software tools to do your job more efficiently.
  • Communication: Ability to interact with others and clearly articulate how upgrade technology works, including feature changes and impact.
  • Conduct demos and explain key features to End Users.
  • Relationships: Build high level working relationships with Client Success teams.
  • Skilled in Business Analysis: Ability to analyze information and apply to business process problem/solution scenarios; ability to listen, ask questions and brainstorm using information and data to understand problems, create options and determine the most ideal solutions.
  • Skilled in Organization: Ability to plan multiple client upgrades simultaneously, find information, answers, and effective solutions quickly and efficiently.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
