The Role: Clinical Regional Manager- Mental Health

Location: Remote. Central.

We are looking for an experienced clinical leader who has managed a multi-state team of mental health clinicians and will bring pediatric expertise and passion to Hazel!

As a Clinical Regional Manager- Mental Health, you will be a critical leader in our Mental Health team.  

• Hire, train, and oversee a regional team of clinical supervisors and therapists
• Create and maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Act as clinical representative and maintain collaborative relationships with district leaders, stakeholders and internal lanes.
• Manage administrative and clinical operations and programs
• Evaluate and monitor data to develop recommendations and action plans relating to regional objectives, team performance and management practices
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards, Hazel policies and procedures.
• As needed, provide virtual crisis consultation and direct care services for children in grades K-12
• Report on quality and efficiency metrics for the assigned region
• Contribute to the overall vision and strategic plan for the mental health department
• Additional duties as assigned

• Enthusiastic passion for our mission
• Master’s or Doctoral degree
• 5+ years active licensure to provide mental health clinical services in TX (Ex: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
• Minimum of five years’ experience in pediatric behavioral health or school counseling
• 3-5 years of clinical management experience 
• Experience working in a school-based setting
• Must have experience managing a multi-site clinical program, telehealth preferred
• Self-motivated and eager to create a positive difference in the lives of students
• Demonstrated commitment to health equity 
• Strong communication skills across diverse populations and ability to connect well with children
• Technological skills to include the ability to learn new software and programs 
• Effective communicator through multiple channels (phone, video, email, in-person)
• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
