Cloud Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

As Huawei R&D Center, we are currently seeking highly motivated and passionate Cloud Engineers to join our team as Fresh Graduates.

You will have the opportunity to work on high growth cloud platforms and grow in the role and define your own path to success. You will be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative to proactively drive success for global customers. The role will involve working in close collaboration with the engineering teams. High knowledge will be gain for Huawei Cloud Services which are popular globally.

Responsibilities:

• Locate customer problems.
• Assist customer to increase product reliability.
• Working closely with HQ members and interfaces.
• Help reliability team to solve customer’s problems.
• Work closely with technical support team for troubleshooting
• Make a close follow-up with engineering team.
• Responding to incidents timely.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, EEE, or related field.
• Experience with basic Linux commands.
• Experience with Version Control Tools.
• Basic knowledge of general concepts of Huawei Cloud, IBM cloud, Azure or Google cloud
• Basic knowledge of general concepts of DevOps (Test, Deploy, Docker, Kubernates, Build or Yaml scripting) plus
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
