Description

The Cloud Operations Specialist at UKG, under our Cloud Administration Department, is responsible for handling the initial implementation, unification, and support of products and services we offer to our customers. This position requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual that can follow process documents and demonstrate innovation for process improvement. Someone who can thrive with minimal supervision, as well as adapt and excel in team-related initiatives. Customer Service skills are a necessity to effectively communicate with internal teams and customers.

• In support of our culture, we are adopting a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home• The UKG office that this position is in is Weston FL

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:• Experience working with Windows-based operating systems• Able to run and craft SQL scripts in SQL Management Studio• PC and Server hardware knowledge and familiarity• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Citrix, PowerShell• Strong understanding of Identity Management Solutions: Microsoft AD FS, OpenAM, SAML2 protocol

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience implementing software support systems
