What you're applying for
We're seeking a Claims Experience Advocate to support our claims organization, focusing on Lemonade Car.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Lemonade policyholders, vendors, and claimants to quickly and accurately create, review, and negotiate car damage appraisals. You'll work diligently to ensure that we thoroughly, accurately, and swiftly investigate and resolve claims, all while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
**Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants from these locations: Colorado, California, Montana, Hawaii, New Mexico and Puerto Rico**
What you'll do

• Receive, review, investigate, and resolve numerous physical damage claims
• Send correspondence to multiple parties involved in the claims process
• Work with our leadership team and your colleagues to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies
• Collaborate with Advocates and Champs to ensure that we are delivering the world-class customer experience we've promised
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, virtual meetings, and in-person events

What you'll need

• 5+ years experience in customer service, with 3+ estimating physical damage in the auto insurance space
• Prior experience working with Mitchell estimation software
• Extensive background working auto total-loss processes
• Strong understanding of limits issues and authority
• Auto insurance license required; Texas license is an advantage
• iCar certification is a plus
