What you're applying for
We're looking for an empathetic claims professional who will help us grow our subrogation team.
As an essential part of the Car Subrogation team at Lemonade, you'll own and drive the end-to-end inbound and outbound subrogation process on car claims, all while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
**Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants from these locations: Colorado, California, Montana, Hawaii, New Mexico and Puerto Rico**
What you'll do

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate subrogation claims
• Outbound Subro consists of identifying subro targets; preparing and placing on-demand, verbal, and/or written negotiations; receiving checks; and issuing deductibles, when applicable
• Inbound Subro consists of confirming exposures; reviewing coverage and limits; requesting missing information; and negotiating fair and reasonable settlements
• File applicant and response arbitrations through TRS/Arbitration forums when dispute resolution is required
• Partner with collection and attorney partners
• Ensure our customers receive a world-class customer experience

What you'll need

• 3+ years in a similar subrogation role
• Experience using Guidewire ClaimCenter is a plus
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, as well as stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with and adaptable to new technology and business tools
• Strong understanding of liability concepts, car estimating, and collection laws
• Auto insurance license required; Texas license is an advantage
