What you're applying for
As an important part of the CLX leadership team, you will mentor and manage a team of advocates as they handle property loss claims related to water damage. You will ensure claims are processed efficiently, while always providing a world-class customer experience.

What you'll do

• Guide, mentor, develop, and manage a team of coaches and advocates
• Resolve customer escalations, and coach advocates on how to prevent them in the future
• Drive team performance using data to align on the biggest areas of opportunities
• Support and coach advocates to efficiently manage their inventory of claims
• Own the file audit process and provide feedback to advocates
• Track and report performance metrics and team KPIs and use the resulting insights to inform future priorities
• Drive change management

What you'll need

• 6+ years of property (home, renters, condo) claims-handling experience, with dwelling damage estimation skills
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team of property adjusters
• Proficient in homeowners, condo, CAT, and fire claims
• A proven track record of growing, managing, and coaching a team
• Experience working with large national property service vendors (Serv-Pro, Crawford and Co, Contractor Connection, etc.)
• Licensed as a property adjuster in your resident state
• Experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis
• Comfortable managing a remote team
• A surplus of empathy, patience, and positivity
