Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, quality inspection, and the ability to work with various materials, including sheet metal. The CNC Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
• Operate CNC machines and equipment to manufacture parts as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Program CNC machines for optimal performance and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Assemble components and perform basic welding tasks when required.
• Utilize forklifts and cranes for the safe movement of materials and finished products within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and implement solutions effectively.
Experience
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and the use of precision measuring instruments is essential.
• Mechanical knowledge related to CNC machinery, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly techniques is highly desirable.
• Experience operating forklifts and cranes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
