This role sits at the intersection of commercial operations, analytics, and AI-driven enablement, with a mandate to redesign how core revenue tools are built and scaled.
You will take ownership of rebuilding a critical Business Case tool into an AI-native, scalable solution used across the commercial organization.
The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into usable field tools.
You will also lead the identification and deployment of AI-powered workflows that enhance sales productivity and commercial effectiveness.
Working cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing, you will help define how commercial teams operate more intelligently.

Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own the redesign and long-term evolution of a core commercial Business Case tool, ensuring it is accurate, scalable, and AI-enabled for field use. You will also drive innovation across commercial enablement by developing and operationalizing AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and decision-making.
- Rebuild and maintain a scalable, AI-native Business Case tool, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with commercial needs
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align assumptions, pricing logic, ROI models, and system integrations
- Establish governance and documentation standards to ensure long-term sustainability and reduce single-point dependency
- Design and deploy AI-driven workflows such as automated content generation, prospecting support, and sales enablement tools
- Leverage prompt engineering and generative AI tools to create repeatable frameworks and decision-support systems for commercial teams
- Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI and enablement technologies to continuously improve sales effectiveness and adoption
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, commercial operations, or related go-to-market functions
- Proven experience designing or rebuilding complex B2B sales tools, models, or commercial frameworks
- Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity, including workflow design and iteration
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment
- Deep understanding of commercial processes and how enablement tools impact sales productivity and revenue outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical and strategic concepts to diverse audiences
