Commercial HVAC Service/Facility Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate shall have 5+ years of expertise diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks - Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems - Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring - Test electrical circuits and components for continuity - Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions - Provide excellent customer service during field service calls - Must have own hand tools to complete responsibilities listed above - Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with on call rotation Qualifications: - Proficient in HVAC/R systems - Strong mechanical skills to diagnose, install, and repair HVAC systems - Experience as a Service Technician in the HVAC industry - Knowledge of building codes related to HVAC installations - Ability to interpret drawings and schematics - Strong understanding of plumbing systems - Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Commercial HVAC: 5 years (Required) • Plumbing: 3 years (Preferred) Language: • English (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • EPA Type II (Required) • EPA Universal Certification (Preferred) • OSHA 10 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Henderson, NV 89074 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Henderson, NV 89074: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
