Overview We are seeking a motivated customer focused individual to bring exception experiences to our clients in a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities • Cross Sell existing customers in our book of business • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. • Conduct sales activities to generate new business opportunities. • Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. • Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes while adhering to regulations. • Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications • A positive attitude and team focused is a requirement • Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. • Proficiency in analysis skills to assess client needs accurately. • Allstate Insurance Experience • Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • How many years of experience do you have working for Allstate?
