As a vital contributor to RSI's success, the Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting RSI initiatives related to casino commercial agreements, renewals, and new business ventures with casino vendors. This position operates at the core of our business-to-business relationships, requiring the Commercial Manager to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and department heads. This role is particularly crucial as RSI continues its expansion into new markets.


What You'll Do:

  • The Commercial Manager will be responsible for a range of key activities aimed at fostering and managing strong relationships with casino content vendors
  • Relationship Management: build and nurture close relationships with casino content vendors, serving as a central point of contact
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: own negotiations on key business terms and ensuring favorable outcomes for RSI
  • Drive contracts and renewals through the Compliance and Legal processes, overseeing execution
  • Operational Discretion: exercise discretion in performing functions within established parameters set by management
  • Vendor Review Meetings: conduct regular vendor review meetings to assess performance, address concerns, and explore opportunities for collaboration
  • Partnership Understanding: understand partnership requirements and collaborate with internal teams to meet vendor expectations
  • Documentation and Commercial Structure: maintain up-to-date documentation on partnerships, ensuring a clear understanding of RSI's commercial structure with each vendor.


All about You:

  • Knowledge of casino content, sports betting, and payment vendor commercial structures.
  • Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, quick-thinking, problem-solving skills
  • Must have knowledge include casino industry, sports industry, and general business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional Computer skills include Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in content/project management systems (Confluence, JIRA, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
  • Five (5) years’ experience as an account/commercial manager across any relevant online (digital) or technology industry or sector
