Commercial Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management team. This position, which is located in our Brisbane CBD office, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s commercial and industrial assets and will play a large role in both the short-term cash flow and long term value of our clients’ assets.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenants
• Regular phone and face-to-face discussions with tenants and landlords to achieve positive outcomes
• Monthly management and financial reports for all properties
• Assisting sales and leasing agents achieve the best results for landlords
• Conducting rent reviews, lease expiries and inspections
• Organising work orders, assess quotes and tenders and following up on completed works

In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• An ability and willingness to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• A positive and proactive approach to problem solving
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice
• Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate
• Demonstrated experience with property management platforms such as MRI, Cirrus8, or Yardi is highly regarded.
