Duties/Responsibilities:

• Engage with customer project team(s) and advise on communications best practices.
• Responsible for the development of communications strategy for small to medium projects.
• Develop communications plan for projects.

• Responsible for developing multi-media communications (emails, SharePoint articles, videos, etc.) for project stakeholders.
• Create, manage, and support ad hoc communications as assigned by the Program Comms Manager.

• Coordinate training communications and efforts with Training Consultants and other training staff.

• Develop and/or support creation of training materials as needed. 

• Report project status, risks and needs to the program manager. 

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer facing communications or communications-related roles.

• Must possess a high level of written and oral communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven strategic planning skills.

• Strong communicator with ability to negotiate, persuade, and counsel effectively.

• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management as well as with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 

Optional Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience with SharePoint or similar content management tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

• Experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team-environment.
