Job Description
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting with the administration and implementation of the organization’s compliance program, policies, and practices. The Compliance Analyst works with Compliance Department leadership in the development of programs and processes to mitigate and reduce compliance, privacy, and operational risk.
The Compliance Analyst collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

Essential Job Duties
- Identify and assess compliance, privacy, and operational risk areas and internal controls.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
- Analyze information for dissemination to appropriate internal operational areas.
- Perform data analysis and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidance.
- Research and apply current state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends and overtime.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
- Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or four years’ of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in healthcare compliance.
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and decisive judgement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
