• Monitor key compliance metrics such as audits, training participation, and incident reporting to ensure performance targets are met
• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and proactively implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in compliance, project management, or a related field with a strong focus on risk management and execution
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance program development
• Experience with certifications such as ISO27001 or similar standards is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with modern digital tools such as Google Workspace, automation tools, or project management platforms
• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
