In this role, the Compliance Program Director will partner with our VillageMD operations and clinical teams to ensure the success of the organization’s compliance programs supporting special payer, population health, and clinical models.

Integral to the Compliance program, you will handle a wide range of projects to develop and implement the organization’s Compliance and Privacy programs.
How you can make a difference:
- Have significant knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy rules and regulations
- Utilize experience to implement and expand progressive and effective compliance and privacy programs in the clinical and payer settings
- Have a working knowledge of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Direct Contracting Entities, and other CMS programs implemented across VillageMD enterprise
- Developing and supporting the compliance function for clinical and population health models
- Performing internal audits to support the compliance and privacy programs and responding to external audit and/or regulatory inquiries
- Creating and implementing various compliance and privacy policies and procedures
- Managing compliance committees and presenting thoughtful data to leadership on compliance and privacy program performance

- Strong research, presentation, writing, analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Experience performing under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what you say you will do
- You are solution-oriented and have a passion for being hands-on in problem-solving and execution
- The ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
- You are self-starting and maintain a high sense of urgency and accountability in delivering measurable results in line with agreed upon timeframes
Experience to drive change:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in health care compliance or a related field
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) with a concentration in law, health policy, business, public health, community health or healthcare administration, or a pre-professional program with interest in another area of healthcare
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to VMD markets

For Colorado Residents only:Â The target hiring compensation range for this role is $115,000 to $153,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
