Concrete Form Setter/Finisher

Position Overview We are seeking experiencedConcrete Forming Specialistto join our field operations team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in commercial concrete forming who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Interpret and follow construction drawings, layouts, and blueprints • Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for the construction of concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls, etc. • Dismantle formwork systems • Cut and shape materials to precise measurements using hand and power tools • Ensure all forms are level and secure before concrete placement • Collaborate with project foremen, laborers, and finishers to ensure schedule and quality expectations are met • Maintain a clean and safe job site; comply with OSHA and company safety policies • Troubleshoot and adjust formwork to meet changing project needs or field conditions • Assist with placement of concrete as needed • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial concrete forming • Strong working knowledge of formwork systems • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings • Familiarity with rebar placement and anchor bolts • Proficiency with measuring tools and basic construction math • Reliable transportation to job sites and ability to work in various weather conditions • What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for advancement within a growing company • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • ESOP- Employee Stock Ownership Plan • Ongoing safety training and development programs • A team-focused, supportive work culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $28.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee stock ownership plan • Health insurance • Life insurance • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Referral program • Retirement plan • Tools provided • Vision insurance Experience: • Concrete forming: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Malvern, PA 19355 (Required) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
