Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Projects may include building repairs, structural work, restoration, and other commercial or industrial construction projects , making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical and field-based project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from kickoff through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews

• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress

• Prepare estimates, change orders, and project documentation

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and site teams

• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or site supervision

• Experience managing commercial, civil, structural, or restoration-related projects is an asset

• Education such as C.E.T., E.I.T., P.Eng., Construction Management diploma, or related field is preferred but not required

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with Excel, MS Project, or other construction/project management software

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
